В данной статье авторами представлен результат эмпирического исследования, взаимосвязи мотивации выбора педагогической профессии и видом переживаемого одиночества. Изучение вопроса мотивации выбора педагогической профессии является ключевым, в связи с возрастающим дефицитом педагогических кадров. Особую значимость данное исследование взаимосвязи мотивации и одиночества приобретает ввиду специфики педагогической деятельности, связанной с постоянным социальным взаимодействием. Студенты педагогических направлений подготовки, переживающие различные виды одиночества, нуждаются в корректировки образа профессии, мотивации развития в профессии. Целью данного исследования выступает изучение взаимосвязи между мотивацией выбора педагогической профессии и переживанием студентами различных видов одиночества. Задачами исследования является: определить доминирующий вид переживания одиночества; выявить мотивационный профиль личности в выборе профессии. В исследовании приняли участие 44 человека (18 юношей, 26 девушек) в возрасте от 18 до 20 лет обучающиеся 1 курса очной формы педагогических направлений подготовки. С целью выявления доминирующего переживания одиночества использовался опросник «Диагностика переживания одиночества» Е.Е. Роговой, методика «Изучение мотивационного профиля личности» (Ш. Ричи и П. Мартин). Статистическая обработка проводилась с помощью корреляционного критерия rs-Спирмена. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод о существовании взаимосвязи между мотивацией выбора педагогической профессии и видом переживаемого студентами одиночества. Результаты исследования позволят повысить уровень мотивации к обучению и развитию в педагогической профессии. Результаты проведенного исследования могут быть использованы в работе психологической службы, кураторов, наставников студенческих групп, для своевременной корректировки негативных эмоциональных переживаний и повышения уровня мотивации студентов.
In this article, the authors present the results of an empirical study on the relationship between motivation for choosing a teaching profession and type of loneliness experienced. The study on motivation for choosing teaching is key due to the increasing shortage of teaching staff. This study of the relationship between motivation and loneliness is of particular importance due to the specifics of pedagogical activity associated with constant social interaction. Students of pedagogical training areas experiencing various types of loneliness need to adjust the image of the profession, motivation for development in the profession. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the motivation for choosing a teaching profession and students' experience of various types of loneliness. The objectives of the study are: to determine the dominant type of loneliness experience; to identify the motivational profile of a person in choosing a profession. The study involved 44 people (18 boys, 26 girls) aged 18 to 20 years, students of the 1st year of full-time pedagogical training. In order to identify the dominant experience of loneliness, the questionnaire «Diagnosis of loneliness» by E.E. Rogovoy, the methodology «Study of the motivational profile of personality» (S. Richie and P. Martin) was used. Statistical processing was carried out using the rs-Spearman correlation criterion. The results obtained allow us to conclude that there is a relationship between the motivation for choosing a teaching profession and the type of loneliness experienced by students. The results of the study will increase the level of motivation for learning and development in the teaching profession. The results of the conducted research can be used in the work of psychological services, curators, mentors of student groups, for timely correction of negative emotional experiences and increasing the level of motivation of students.
