В статье идёт речь о том, что под влиянием цифровых технологий в современном мире не могли остаться без изменений восприятие человека, его когнитивные способности. В данном случае способность человека гибко реагировать на информацию и использовать ее представляется особенно необходимой. Эта способность человека напрямую связана с когнитивным стилем, который является одним из устойчивых способов личностной обработки информации. Автор статьи пишет о том, что многообразие трактовок понятия «когнитивный стиль» обусловило необходимость их уточнения. Множественность определений и разнонаправленность обоснований требуют систематизации предложенных вариантов и их классификации. В статье рассматриваются различные определения понятия «когнитивный стиль» и формулируется обобщённый вывод. Когнитивный стиль — это индивидуально присущие особенности восприятия, селекции информации, выбора задач и принятия решения, имеющие различия в способе получения, переработки и применения информации. Если говорить обобщенно, то понятие когнитивный стиль включает в себя определенный способ изучения реальности, направленный на построение индивидуальной картины мира. Автор статьи рассматривает также и вопрос современной информационной среды. Информация — мощный инструмент развития человека, а доступ к ней идет через цифровые технологии. Любое изменение мира меняет и самого человека. Современный мир — это мир информатизации на всех уровнях. Таким образом, делает вывод автор: назрела настоятельная необходимость изучения как особенностей самого явления (цифровой среды), так и риски при её непосредственном воздействии на человека в период его взросления и формирования когнитивных функций. Такое положение вызвано многоаспектностью самого явления, которое требует как теоретического исследования, так и эмпирической проверки объективности определения понятия.
The article discusses that under the influence of digital technologies in the modern world, human perception and cognitive abilities could not remain unchanged. In this case, a person's ability to flexibly respond to information and use it seems especially necessary. This human ability is directly related to cognitive style, which is one of the sustainable ways of personal information processing. The author of the article writes that the variety of interpretations of the concept of «cognitive style» necessitated their clarification. The multiplicity of definitions and the divergence of justifications require systematization of the proposed options and their classification. The article discusses various definitions of the concept of «cognitive style» and formulates a generalized conclusion. Cognitive style is an individually inherent feature of perception, information selection, task selection and decision-making, with differences in the way information is received, processed and applied. In sum, the concept of cognitive style includes a certain way of studying reality, aimed at building an individual picture of the world. The author of the article also considers the issue of the modern information environment. Information is a powerful tool for human development, and access to it is through digital technologies. Any change in the world changes the person himself. The modern world is a world of informatization at all levels. Thus, the author concludes: there is an urgent need to study both the features of the phenomenon itself (the digital environment) and the risks of its direct impact on a person during his growing up and the formation of cognitive functions. This situation is caused by the multidimensional nature of the phenomenon itself, which requires both theoretical research and empirical verification of the objectivity of the definition of the concept.
