Данная статья посвящена проблеме ощущения счастья современных студентов-психологов. Теоретическим и эмпирическим исследованиям в рамках феномена «счастье» в настоящее время уделяется большое внимание. Сегодня перед психологической наукой стоит вопрос не только в теоретическом изучении психологии счастья, но прежде всего практический вопрос — как ощущение счастья влияет на полноту жизни, постановку целей, отношение с окружающими, принятие себя и своих способностей. В статье представлена хронология исследования феномена «счастье» со времен первого упоминания в научной литературе. Рассмотрены основные подходы к его толкованию в рамках зарубежной психологии. Представлена эволюция данного понятия в отечественной психологии. В ходе теоретического анализа заключается, что на сегодняшний день в пространстве научных исследований нет единого подхода к понятию «счастье», а также его составляющих. Статья содержит результаты эмпирического исследования относительно уровня ощущения счастья у современных студентов-психологов разных специальностей (психологов служебной деятельности и клинических психологов). В эмпирическом исследовании приняли участие 85 студентов обучающихся на втором курсе. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что большинство студентов оценивают свой уровень счастья как средний. В целом они удовлетворены своей жизнью. При этом больше четверти студентов — клинических психологов имеют пониженный уровень счастья. Данные студенты не ощущают себя позитивно. Полученные в ходе статистического анализа результаты свидетельствуют о значимых различиях в уровнях ощущения счастья у студентов-психологов разных специальностей.
This article is devoted to the problem of feeling of happiness in modern psychology students. The article analyzes the main approaches to the concept of «happiness» in foreign and domestic psychology. This phenomenon is considered as a value attitude of a person to the world. The conclusion is made concerning the insufficiency of development of this problem in theoretical and experimental research in domestic and foreign psychology. The article contains the results of the empirical research conducted by the authors concerning the level of feeling of happiness in modern students of service psychologists and students of clinical psychologists. To test the differences in the indicator of happiness in students of different specialties, the authors used Student's t-criterion, the calculations of which were carried out by means of statistical calculation with the help of the electronic program SPSS Statistic. The obtained results allow us to talk about the peculiarities of the feeling of happiness in students of different specialties. The presented information may be of interest to psychologists-practitioners of the sphere of education. Theoretical significance. The results of the study expand the area of existing theoretical ideas about the subjective feeling of happiness in students of different specialties. Practical significance. The obtained results can be used to study the psychological well-being of the student's personality by teachers and psychologists of general educational institutions, as well as in the preparation of scientific and methodological materials on working with students of different specialties, in the reading of relevant courses in higher and secondary educational institutions and at the departments of advanced training of workers from the field of education.
