Формирование студента в самостоятельного и творческого специалиста происходит во время учебы в университете, и важно понять, какие именно категории мотивации способствуют достижению успешности в обучении, самореализации в жизни. Проанализировано отношение студентов разных курсов к учебной деятельности и значение отдельных факторов мотивации для достижения успеха. В исследовании приняли участие 195 студентов 1–4 курсов Российского биотехнологического университета. С помощью анкеты С.А. Пакулиной были определены значимые составляющие мотивации успеха, опросник Ю. Зарецкого использовался для определения учебной позиции обучающихся. Было установлено, что хотя большинство студентов занимают субъектную позицию в обучении, суммарная доля учащихся с объектной и негативной позицией также велика. Значимые различия между студентами разных курсов по их отношению к учебе не установлены, но они руководствуются разными мотивациями для достижения успеха. Самые низкие значения мотивов к успеху, как материальному уровню жизни, результату собственной деятельности, личностному успеху; психическому состояния и призванию у студентов 1 курса, самые высокие значения — у студентов 3 и 4 курсов. Это связано с тем, что студенты-первокурсники проходят период адаптации в университете и пока не думают о призвании, но понимают, что результаты учебы целиком и полностью зависят от результата их собственной деятельности. В целом внутренние мотивы к достижению успеха выражены у студентов сильнее внешних, что подтверждает внутреннюю направленность учащихся на достижение значимого для них результата. Субъектная позиция респондентов тесно связана с внутренними составляющими успеха и со всеми его показателями, а также умеренно связана с внешними показателями успеха.
The formation of a student into an independent and creative specialist occurs during their studies at the university, and it is important to understand which categories of motivation contribute to achieving success in learning, self-realization in life. The attitude of students of different courses to educational activities and the importance of individual motivation factors for achieving success are analyzed. The study involved 195 students of 1–4 courses of Russian Biotechnological University. Using the questionnaire of S.A. Pakulina, significant components of motivation for success were determined, the questionnaire of Yu. Zaretsky was used to determine the educational position of students. It was found that although most students occupy a subjective position in learning, the total proportion of students with an objective and negative position is also large. Significant differences between students of different courses in their attitude to learning have not been established, but they are guided by different motivations for achieving success. First-year students have the lowest values of motives for success, such as the material standard of living, the result of their own activities, personal success, mental state and vocation, while 3rd- and 4th-year students have the highest values. This is due to the fact that first-year students are going through a period of adaptation at the university and do not yet think about their vocation, but they understand that the results of their studies depend entirely on the result of their own activity. In general, internal motives for achieving success are expressed by students more strongly than external ones, which confirms the internal focus of students on achieving a result that is significant for them. The subjective position of respondents is closely related to the internal components of success and all its indicators, and is also moderately related to external success indicators.
