Данная статья посвящена выявлению взаимосвязи стилей поведения в конфликте и субъективной семантики сознания студенческой молодежи. С учетом специфики рассматриваемой возрастной группы были определены факторы, обусловливающие выбор стиля поведения в конфликте, одним из которых выступают динамично меняющиеся особенности субъективного сознания, формируемые в определенных условиях социальной действительности. В соответствии с задачами исследования и для реализации поставленной цели были применены метод семантического дифференциала; методика Томаса-Килманна на выявление ведущего поведения в конфликтной ситуации, описательная статистика (подсчет средних) и корреляционный анализ (коэффициент корреляции Пирсона). Авторами определена специфика восприятия конфликта в молодежной среде; выявлены ведущие стили поведения в конфликтной ситуации у представителей студенческой молодежи; эмпирически выявлена взаимосвязь стилей поведения в конфликтной ситуации и субъективной семантики сознания у студенческой молодежи. Сформулированные выводы позволяют говорить о том, что существуют значимые различия в субъективных оценках конфликтной ситуации и участников конфликтного взаимодействия у студентов, выбирающих разные стили поведения в конфликте. Практическая значимость исследования определяется тем фактом, что понимание данных взаимосвязей позволяет повысить компетентность в урегулировании разного рода конфликтных ситуаций, возникающих в студенческой среде, не только посредством научения конкретным техникам взаимодействия, но и расширения спектра стилей за счет изменения субъективной семантики.
This article is devoted to identifying the relationship between behavioral styles in conflict and the subjective semantics of student consciousness. Taking into account the specifics of the age group under consideration, the factors determining the choice of a style of behavior in conflict were identified, one of which is the dynamically changing features of subjective consciousness formed in certain conditions of social reality. In accordance with the objectives of the study and to achieve the goal, the semantic differential method was applied; the Thomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument for identifying leading behavior in a conflict situation, descriptive statistics (calculating averages) and correlation analysis (Pearson correlation coefficient). The authors determined the specifics of conflict perception among young people; identified the leading styles of behavior in conflict situations among students; empirically identified the relationship between styles of behavior in conflict situations and the subjective semantics of consciousness among students. The formulated conclusions suggest that there are significant differences in the subjective assessments of the conflict situation and participants in conflict interaction among students who choose different styles of behavior in conflict. The practical significance of the research is determined by the fact that understanding these relationships makes it possible to increase competence in resolving various kinds of conflict situations that arise in the student environment, not only by teaching specific interaction techniques, but also by expanding the range of styles by changing subjective semantics.
