В статье представлен комплексный теоретический обзор современных исследований, посвященных особенностям восприятия и переживания времени у лиц с опытом бездомности. Бездомность рассматриваться как экзистенциальная травма, радикально трансформирующая временную перспективу индивида и влекущая за собой нарушение целостности жизненной саморефлексии. Предполагается, что длительность бездомности коррелирует с выраженностью временной дезинтеграции, а временная перспектива бездомных характеризуется фрагментацией, доминированием негативного настоящего и отсутствием будущего. Автором проведено эмпирическое исследование в партнерстве с Международной благотворительной организацией «Справедливая помощь Доктора Лизы» с участием 102 человек, имеющих стаж бездомности от 1 до 17 лет. В работе подробно анализируются психологические механизмы, лежащие в основе трансформации временной перспективы и переживания времени в ситуации бездомности, а также актуализируется значимость изучения временных аспектов для развития эффективных программ ресоциализации. В результате подтверждена триада временных нарушений — травматизация прошлого, фиксация на выживании в настоящем и когнитивная блокада восприятия будущего. Выявлена прогрессирующая диссоциация временных зон, усиливающаяся с длительностью бездомности, и значимое влияние временных деформаций на мотивацию и психологическую адаптацию. Эти временные дисфункции обуславливают затруднения в формировании целостного жизненного плана и мотивации к изменению, что значительно усложняет процесс ресоциализации. Сделан вывод о необходимости включения психокоррекционных методов, направленных на восстановление временной регуляции, в комплексные программы социальной поддержки. Такой подход способствует возвращению внутренней субъектности и укреплению мотивации к восстановлению и социализации, что имеет важное значение для повышения эффективности помощи лицам, оказавшимся в условиях длительной бездомности.
The article presents a comprehensive theoretical review of modern research devoted to the peculiarities of perception and experience of time in individuals with homelessness. Homelessness is considered as an existential trauma that radically transforms the individual's time perspective and entails a violation of the integrity of life self-reflection. It is assumed that the duration of homelessness correlates with the severity of temporal disintegration, and the time perspective of the homeless is characterized by fragmentation, dominance of the negative present and the absence of the future. The author conducted an empirical study in partnership with the International Charitable Organization «Fair Aid of Doctor Lisa» with the participation of 102 people with homelessness from 1 to 17 years. The work analyzes in detail the psychological mechanisms underlying the transformation of time perspective and experience of time in a situation of homelessness, and also actualizes the importance of studying temporal aspects for the development of effective resocialization programs. As a result, the triad of temporal disorders was confirmed — traumatization of the past, fixation on survival in the present and cognitive blockade of perception of the future. A progressive dissociation of time zones, increasing with the duration of homelessness, and a significant impact of time deformations on motivation and psychological adaptation were revealed. These time dysfunctions cause difficulties in forming a holistic life plan and motivation for change, which significantly complicates the process of resocialization. A conclusion was made about the need to include psychocorrectional methods aimed at restoring time regulation in comprehensive social support programs. This approach promotes the return of internal subjectivity and strengthening of motivation for recovery and socialization, which is important for increasing the effectiveness of assistance to people who find themselves in conditions of long-term homelessness.
