В статье рассмотрены методологические основы разработанной автором Аутентичной интегративной системной терапии (АИСТ). Кратко изложена история развития психотерапевтической системы АИСТ. Показана её связь с Интегративным системнопроцессуальным подходом — также разработанным автором данной статьи направлением в психологии личности. Личностный рост определён как совокупность изменений личности, происходящих вследствие развития её осознанности в направлении адаптации, самореализации, осознанной аутентичной целостности и трансценденции. Трансценденция при этом рассматривается как осознанный выход за пределы своих обычных возможностей. Рассмотрены гносеологический, праксиологический, онтологический и методологический аспекты принципа интегративности, а также принципы системности, процессуальности, аутентичности, осознанности, холизма, экологичности, диалектического единства противоположностей, единства биологического, психического, социального и духовного в человеке и личности, единства сознания и деятельности, доброжелательного интереса, бережности и динамической устойчивости организма как психофизической системы. Динамическая устойчивость рассматривается на основе понятий гомеореза и аллостаза. Дано пояснение того, как можно выбирать те или иные компоненты системы личность в зависимости от постановки терапевтической задачи. Показано, что гуманистический подход является следствием системной парадигмы. Процесс развития аутентичности рассмотрен как виток спирали развития. Показано, каким образом принципы холизма и экологичности следуют из системного подхода. Принцип единства биологического, психического, социального и духовного в личности выводится из принципов системности и холизма. На основе системного подхода принцип единства и борьбы противоположностей преобразован в принцип единства взаимодействующих противоположностей. На основе системного подхода формулируются терапевтические принципы доброжелательного интереса и бережности, а также принцип психической и психофизической динамической устойчивости.
The article discusses the methodological foundations of Authentic Integrative Systemic Therapy (AIST) developed by the author. The history of the development of the AIST psychotherapeutic system is briefly outlined. Its connection with the Integrative System-Procedural Approach, also developed by the author of this article, аs a direction in personality psychology, is demonstrated. Personal growth is defined as a set of personality changes that occur as a result of the development of its awareness in the direction of adaptation, self-realization, awareness of authentic integrity and transcendence. At the same time, transcendence is considered as a awareness going beyond one's usual capabilities. The epistemological, praxiological, ontological and methodological aspects of the principle of integration are considered, as well as the principles of the system approach, process approach, authenticity, awareness, holism, ecology, dialectical unity of opposites, unity of biological, mental, social and spiritual in man and personality, unity of consciousness and activity, kind interest, care and dynamic stability of the organism as a psychophysical system. Dynamic stability is considered on the basis of the concepts of homeoresis and allostasis. An explanation is given of how one can choose certain components of the personality system depending on the formulation of the therapeutic task. It is shown that the humanistic approach is a consequence of the systemic paradigm. The process of authenticity development is considered as a spiral of development. It is shown how the principles of holism and environmental friendliness follow from a systematic approach. The principle of unity of biological, mental, social and spiritual in a person is derived from the principles of system approach and holism. Based on a system theory, the principle of unity and struggle of opposites has been transformed into the principle of unity of interacting opposites. On the same base, therapeutic principles of kind interest and care are formulated, as well as the principle of mental and psychophysical dynamic stability.
