Регуляторный процесс психических состояний обеспечивает адекватность поведения человека, соответствие его ситуативным условиям и продуктивную деятельность. Согласно структурно-функциональной модели ментальной регуляции, процесс регуляции представляет собой структуру взаимоотношений между психическими состояниями, характеристиками сознания (рефлексия, смысловые структуры, переживания, репрезентации) и внешними факторами (ситуация, образ жизни, социальная среда). При этом, ключевую функцию организации включения структур сознания в саморегуляцию состояний выполняет система Я, влияющая на выбор способов, приемов и регуляторных действий. В статье представлено исследование, основная цель которого заключается в анализе взаимосвязи компонентов системы Я и ситуативных факторов, обуславливающих психические состояния, на примере учебной деятельности студентов. Исследование проводилось на примере учебной деятельности студентов, в ситуации лекции и экзамена. Выборку составили 114 респондентов, все студенты гуманитарных специальностей, средний возраст 21 год. Выявлено, что взаимосвязь таких компонентов системы Я, как «Внутренняя конфликтность», «Самообвинение» и ситуативных факторов «Телесные проявления», «Ситуации жизнедеятельности», обуславливают регуляцию психических состояний в ситуации лекции. В условиях экзамена, на ситуативную регуляцию психических состояний влияет взаимосвязь компонентов «Уверенность в себе», «Саморуководство», «Самопривязанность» и таких внешних факторов как «Социальное взаимодействие», «Ситуации жизнедеятельности», «Действие и поведение», «Внешнее воздействие». Практическая значимость — результаты могут быть полезны при разработке комплекса регуляционных и саморегуляционных методов, с учетом выявленных результатов, обуславливающих психическое состояние студентов в учебных ситуациях.
The regulatory process of mental states ensures the adequacy of human behavior, compliance with its situational conditions and productive activity. According to the structural-functional model of mental regulation, the regulation process is a structure of relationships between mental states, characteristics of consciousness (reflection, semantic structures, experiences, representations) and external factors (situation, lifestyle, social environment). At the same time, the key function of organizing the inclusion of consciousness structures in the self-regulation of states is performed by the Self system, which influences the choice of methods, techniques and regulatory actions. The article presents a study, the main purpose of which is to analyze the relationship between the components of the self-system and situational factors that determine mental states, using the example of students' educational activities. The study was carried out using the example of students' educational activities, in a lecture and exam situation. The sample consisted of 114 respondents, all students of humanities, average age 21 years. It was revealed that the relationship between such components of the self-system as «Internal conflict», «Self-blame» and situational factors «Body manifestations», «Life situations» determines the regulation of mental states in a lecture situation. Under exam conditions, the situational regulation of mental states is influenced by the relationship between the components «Self-confidence», «Self-leadership», «Self-attachment» and such external factors as «Social interaction», «Life situations», «Action and behavior», «External influence». Practical significance — the results can be useful in developing a set of regulatory and self-regulatory methods, taking into account the identified results that determine the mental state of students in educational situations.
