Статья посвящена изучению социально-психологических факторов, основанных на отношениях между беженцами и принимающим населением, проявляющихся через восприятие, межгрупповые мысли, поведение и эмоции. В исследовании участвовали 1 000 жителей г. Пензы. Распределение респондентов было по полу и распределение доли живущих от 3-х лет, а также тех, кто проживает с рождения. Мы провели сравнительный социологический анализ отношения принимающего населения к беженцам и вынужденным переселенцам и методики: «Удовлетворенность жизнью» и «Ценностный опросник Ш. Шварца». По результатам ценностного опросника Ш. Шварца было выявлено, что ценности респондентов, которые живут больше трех лет, и ценности коренного населения разные. Для первой категории (живущих от 3-х лет) характерно доминирование таких ценностей как: безопасность, традиции, благосклонность, а для коренных жителей характерно доминирование таких ценностей как: достижения, саморегуляция, универсализм. По результатам методики: «Удовлетворенность жизнью» (Н.Н. Мельникова) было выявлено, что в 1 группе (коренные жители г. Пензы) уровень разочарования в жизни и усталости от жизни у респондентов превышал показатели, а респонденты 2 группы (живущие от 3-х лет) видят больше причин для радости, чем испытуемые 1 группы (коренные жители г. Пензы). Респонденты демонстрировали больший оптимизм, относительно будущего. На основе социологических данных представлены результаты, в которых основными социально-психологическими факторами отношения к вынужденным переселенцам являются: изменение политической и экономической ситуации в стране, средства массовой информации, личный опыт общения.
The article is devoted to the study of socio-psychological factors based on the relationship between refugees and the host population, manifested through perception, intergroup thoughts, behavior and emotions. The study involved 1,000 residents of Penza. The distribution of respondents was by gender and the distribution of the proportion of those living from 3 years old, as well as those who have lived since birth. We conducted a comparative sociological analysis of the attitude of the host population towards refugees and internally displaced persons and the methods: «Life satisfaction» and «Value questionnaire of Sh. Schwartz». According to the results of the value questionnaire, Sh. It was revealed by Schwartz that the values of respondents who live for more than three years and the values of the indigenous population are different. For the first category (living from 3 years old) It is characterized by the dominance of such values as: security, traditions, benevolence, and for indigenous people it is characterized by the dominance of such values as: achievements, self-regulation, universalism. According to the results of the methodology: «Life satisfaction» (N.N. Melnikova), it was revealed that in group 1 (indigenous residents of Penza) the level of disappointment in life and fatigue from life among respondents exceeded the indicators, and the respondents of 2 groups (living from 3 years old) they see more reasons for joy than the subjects of group 1 (indigenous residents of Penza). The respondents showed more optimism about the future. Based on sociological data, the results are presented in which the main socio-psychological factors of attitudes towards internally displaced persons are: changes in the political and economic situation in the country, the media, and personal communication experience.
