Эмпатийные способности и способности к саморегуляции психических состояний являются одними из ключевых в структуре профессионально значимых качеств медицинских работников, что определяет значимость научных исследований психологических основ медицинской деятельности. Исследование субъективного фактора учебного процесса через переживание учебной деятельности студентов в связи с их профессиональными способностями к эмпатии и саморегуляции позволяет решать важнейшие проблемы с пониманием психологического аспекта подготовки будущих медицинских работников. Исследование телесной составляющей переживания учебной деятельности позволяет поднять проблему влияния профессиональной подготовки будущих медиков на их психофизическое здоровье и их обучение к будущему оздоравливающему контакту с пациентами. Цель исследования: изучить особенности организации взаимоотношений эмпатийных способностей и саморегуляции психических состояний в ситуации значимых переживаний учебной деятельности положительной и негативной телесных модальностей. Результаты показали, что модальность телесной характеристики переживания учебной деятельности определяет эффективность усвоения знаний и формирование профессионально значимых качеств будущих медиков в учебном процессе. Испытуемые с положительной модальностью телесных характеристик переживания учебной деятельности проявили многочисленные взаимосвязи как между показателями переживания и эмпатийными способностями, так с показателями эффективности саморегуляции психических состояний студентов медицинских специальностей. Между способностями к эмпатии и саморегуляции также обнаружены положительные связи у данной категории испытуемых. Испытуемые с негативной модальностью телесных характеристик переживания учебной деятельности показали отсутствие корреляций, низкую эффективность учебного процесса для будущей профессии.
Empathic abilities and abilities for self-regulation of mental states are among the key ones in the structure of professionally significant qualities of medical workers, which determines the significance of scientific research into the psychological foundations of medical activity. The study of the subjective factor of the educational process through the «perezhivanie» (experiencing) of students' educational activities in connection with their professional abilities for empathy and self-regulation allows us to solve the most important problems with understanding the psychological aspect of training future medical workers. The study of the bodily component of the «perezhivanie» (experiencing)of educational activities allows us to raise the problem of the influence of professional training of future doctors on their psychophysical health and their training for future healing contact with patients. The purpose of the study: to study the features of the organization of the relationship between empathic abilities and self-regulation of mental states in a situation of significant the «perezhivanie» (experiencing) of educational activities of positive and negative bodily modalities. The results showed that the modality of the bodily characteristic of the «perezhivanie» (experiencing) of educational activities determines the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition and the formation of professionally significant qualities of future doctors in the educational process. Subjects with a positive modality of bodily characteristics of the «perezhivanie» (experiencing)of educational activity showed numerous relationships both between the indicators the «perezhivanie» (experiencing) and empathic abilities, as well as with the indicators of the effectiveness of self-regulation of mental states of students of medical specialties. Positive relationships were also found between the abilities for empathy and self-regulation in this category of subjects. Subjects with a negative modality of bodily characteristics of the «perezhivanie» (experiencing)of educational activity showed no correlations, low effectiveness of the educational process for the future profession.
