Далее исследуется роль обучения, развития навыков, наставничества и коучинга в профессиональном росте: факторы организационные, способствующие и препятствующие. В аспекте междисциплинарного подхода исследуется вклад социологии, экономики, технологий в психологию труда. In this article the author refers to the dialectics between the concepts of professional development and organisational structure, also the main attention is paid to the psychology of self-actualisation; the author notes that the theories of motivation of A. From an interdisciplinary perspective, the contribution of sociology, economics, and technology to the psychology of work is explored. The influence of these factors on professional development and organisational success is one of the aspects discussed in the article. Next, the author's attention turns to barriers to self-actualisation; both organisational and psychological, revealing the problems created by hierarchical structures and psychological inertia.
