Данная научная статья имеет целью изучение личностных особенностей созависимых людей и выявление их путём сравнения показателей группы созависимых с показателями контрольной группы «здоровых». Авторы исследования обращают внимание на такие характеристики личности, как уровень инфантильности, интернальность и экстернальность, самоотношение и соотношение структурных эго-состояний личности. Созависимость — это психологическое состояние, которое проявляется в зависимости от другого человека, часто связанное с нарушением границ личности. Тема созависимости изучается такими авторами, как Москаленко В.Д., Шаповал И.А., Кулиш Н.С., Емельянова Е.В., Шорохова О.А. и многими другими. Авторы статьи обосновывают актуальность исследования, опираясь на важные для общества процессы, протекающие на момент исследования, а также на опыт авторов, ранее исследовавших тему созависимости. Данное исследование они находят актуальным, поскольку созависимые люди могут быть найдены в любой стране мира в достаточно большом количестве. В России данная проблема имеет особую актуальность в связи с началом СВО (специальной военной операции), когда многие семьи оказались разделены, и созависимые люди остались неприспособленными к новым условиям жизни без партнера. Исследование проводилось в городе Оренбурге, выборку составили 40 человек, из которых 20 являются созависимыми. Авторы статьи сравнивают результаты исследования, получившиеся у созависимых с результатами контрольной группы несозависимых, чтобы выявить сходства и различия в личностных характеристиках представителей выборки. В статье представлены результаты сравнения особенностей личности созависимых и здоровых мужчин и женщин разных возрастов. В целом, данное исследование имеет большое значение для понимания проблемы созависимости и может помочь в разработке методик лечения и профилактики этого психологического состояния.
This scientific article aims to study the personal characteristics of codependent people and identify them by comparing the indicators of the group of codependents with the indicators of the control group of «healthy». The authors of the study pay attention to such personality characteristics as the level of infantilism, internality and externality, self-attitude and the ratio of structural ego states of the personality. Codependency is a psychological condition that manifests itself in dependence on another person, often associated with violation of the boundaries of personality. The topic of codependency is studied by such authors as Moskalenko V.D., Shapoval I.A., Kulish N.S., Emelyanova E.V., Shorokhova O.A. and many others. The authors of the article substantiate the relevance of the study, relying on the processes that are important for society at the time of the study, as well as on the experience of the authors who previously investigated the topic of codependency. They find this study relevant, since codependent people can be found in any country in the world in a fairly large number. In Russia, this problem is of particular relevance due to the beginning of the SVO (special military operation), when many families were separated, and codependent people were left unsuited to new living conditions without a partner. The study was conducted in the city of Orenburg, the sample consisted of 40 people, of whom 20 are codependent. The authors of the article compare the results of the study obtained by the codependents with the results of the control group of non-dependents in order to identify similarities and differences in the personal characteristics of the sample representatives. The article presents the results of comparing the personality characteristics of codependent and healthy men and women of different ages. In general, this study is of great importance for understanding the problem of codependency and can help in the development of methods for the treatment and prevention of this psychological condition.
