В настоящее время можно увидеть рост исследований социального исключения (остракизма) в психологическом контексте, которые носят дискуссионный характер. С одной стороны, констатируется положительная роль опыта социальной эксклюзии в аспекте роста адаптационного потенциала личности, а с другой — отрицательная, в контексте риска формирования и развития поведенческих девиаций и дезадаптации в целом. В статье приводятся данные эмпирического исследования переживания социальной эксклюзии как предиктора безнадежности у студентов-первокурсников с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. При планировании, организации и проведении данного исследования мы исходили из предположений о том, что структурные компоненты переживания социальной эксклюзии (переживание школьного буллинга, отвержение в диаде и исключение со стороны статусных фигур) положительно и значимо взаимосвязаны с безнадежностью и являются ее предикторами. Применение корреляционного анализа по Спирмену показало наличие положительной и значимой взаимосвязи только одного структурного компонента переживания социальной эксклюзии — опыта переживания школьного буллинга (травли) с безнадежностью. Дальнейший пошаговый регрессионный анализ также выявил один значимый положительный предиктор безнадежности — переживание школьного буллинга. Таким образом, гипотезы настоящего исследования подтвердились частично. Опыт переживания школьного буллинга (травли) взаимосвязан с пессимистическими представлениями о будущем и оказывает значимое воздействие на формирование чувства безнадежности у первокурсников с ОВЗ, что может неблагоприятно отразиться на успеваемости, адаптации к образовательной среде высшего учебного заведения и психологическом благополучии в целом. По итогам изыскания представлены два блока социально-психологической и педагогической работы в рамках сопровождения обучающихся в школьной и вузовской образовательной среде в аспекте минимизации проявления буллинга и выработки навыков преодоления его последствий.
Currently, one can see the growth of studies of social exclusion (ostracism) in a psychological context, which are of a debatable nature. On the one hand, the positive role of the experience of social exclusion in the aspect of the growth of the adaptive potential of the individual is stated, and on the other — negative, in the context of the risk of formation and development of behavioral deviations and maladaptation in general. The article presents the data of an empirical study of the experience of social exclusion as a predictor of hopelessness in first-year students with disabilities. When planning, organizing and conducting this study, we proceeded from the assumptions that the structural components of the experience of social exclusion (the experience of school bullying, rejection in the dyad and exclusion by status figures) are positively and significantly interrelated with hopelessness and are its predictors. The use of Spearman correlation analysis showed the presence of a positive and significant relationship between only one structural component of the experience of social exclusion — the experience of experiencing school bullying (bullying) with hopelessness. Further step-by-step regression analysis also revealed one significant positive predictor of hopelessness — the experience of school bullying. Thus, the hypotheses of this study were partially confirmed. The experience of experiencing school bullying (bullying) is interconnected with pessimistic ideas about the future and has a significant impact on the formation of a sense of hopelessness among first-year students with disabilities, which can adversely affect academic performance, adaptation to the educational environment of a higher educational institution and psychological well-being in general. Based on the results of the research, two blocks of socio-psychological and pedagogical work are presented within the framework of accompanying students in the school and university educational environment in the aspect of minimizing the manifestation of bullying and developing skills to overcome its consequences.
