В статье представлен анализ современных подходов к изучению особенностей психологических границ лиц с признаками работоголизма. Рассмотрены понятия, предикторы и последствия на характеристики личности у лиц с выраженным трудоголизмом. Подробно рассмотрены признаки проявления трудоголизма и отображён анализ мышления и сознания личности с чертами работоголизма. Раскрыта тема самодеструктивного поведения и признака аддитивного агента — работы. Отражена классификация лиц с трудоголизмом по В. Кукк и О. Весниной. Выявлены характеристики психологического пространства личности, проведен методолого-теоретический анализ природы психологического пространства человека как личности, субъекта, «Я». Проведен анализ топологических категорий психологического пространства в отечественной и зарубежной психологии. Раскрывается модель психологической дистанции как особой категории психологических границ личности. Выполнен анализ моделей «границ Я» в современной психологии. В результате эмпирического исследования представлены методики, использованные в процессе работы для оценивания особенностей психологических границ у лиц в признаки работоголизма, описано обоснование выборки и методы статистической обработки. В анализе результатов выявлено у лиц с выраженными признаками работоголизма в большей степени выражены дефицитарные внешние психологические границы и дефицитарное внешнее Я отграничение, что характеризуется невозможностью отказывать другим тем самым разграничивать себя и других, оперативное несоответствие внешние границы личности показывает трудность процесса регуляции отношений личности с внешней реальностью. Понимание данных нарушений психологических границ поможет регулированию качества жизни лиц с признаками трудоголизма и пониманию и направлению специфики психологической коррекции лиц с данными признаками.
The article presents an analysis of modern approaches to the study of the features of psychological boundaries of persons with signs of workaholism. The concepts, predictors and consequences on personality characteristics in persons with severe workaholism are considered. The signs of the manifestation of workaholism are considered in detail and the analysis of the thinking and consciousness of a person with the features of workaholism is displayed. The topic of self-destructive behavior and the attribute of an additive agent — work is revealed. The classification of persons with workaholism according to V. Kukk and O. Vesnina is reflected. The characteristics of the psychological space of the individual are revealed, a methodological and theoretical analysis of the nature of the psychological space of a person as a person, subject, «I» is carried out. The analysis of topological categories of psychological space in domestic and foreign psychology is carried out. The model of psychological distance as a special category of psychological boundaries of personality is revealed. The analysis of models of «boundaries of Self» in modern psychology is carried out. As a result of an empirical study, the methods used in the course of work to assess the features of psychological boundaries in individuals in signs of workaholism are presented, the rationale for sampling and methods of statistical processing are described. In the analysis of the results, it was revealed that persons with pronounced signs of workaholism have more pronounced deficient external psychological boundaries and deficient external Self-delineation, which is characterized by the inability to refuse others thereby to differentiate themselves and others, the operational discrepancy between the external boundaries of the personality shows the difficulty of the process of regulating the relationship of the personality with external reality. Understanding these violations of psychological boundaries will help regulate the quality of life of persons with signs of workaholism and understanding and directing the specifics of psychological correction of persons with these signs.
