В статье показано, что существует проблема определения и измерения созависимости как в отечественных, так и зарубежных исследованиях. Изучение феномена созависимости актуально не только для психологической науки, но и для смежных областей научного знания: медицины, педагогики и социальных наук. Неясность понятия «созависимость» приводит к различным интерпретациям этого феномена, а также создает проблемы в его измерении. Созависимость, не имея однозначного определения, понимается как: проблема отношений с партнером, употребляющим психоактивные вещества; проблема отношений в целом; межпоколенный деструктивный жизненный сценарий; личностная черта; психическое состояние, а также уникальный феномен, требующий эмпатии при анализе переживаний людей, склонных к созависимости. Определение созависимости как психического состояния позволяет объяснить его актуализацию, дезактуализацию и продолжительность проявления в зависимости от состояния партнера. Проблема измерения созависимости более актуальна для отечественной науки, чем зарубежной. В российской психологии большинство методик измерения созависимости являются переводными аналогами зарубежных тестов, не адаптированными к отечественным реалиям. Многообразие подходов к изучению созависимости за рубежом приводит к большому разнообразию измерительных инструментов, затрудняющих выбор для исследователя. Показано, что определение и измерение созависимости как психического состояния на основе модели Л. Спенн и Дж. Фишер является наиболее системным, объединяющим в себе разнообразные походы к изучению этого явления и его проявлений, а также представляется перспективным для дальнейшего изучения как в научной, так и практической сфере.
The article shows that there is a problem of defining and measuring codependency in both Russian and international studies. The study of the phenomenon of codependency is relevant not only for psychological science, but also for related fields of scientific knowledge: medicine, pedagogy and social sciences. The vagueness of the concept of codependency leads to different interpretations of this phenomenon and also creates problems in its measurement. Codependency has no explicit definition and is conceptualized as a problem of relationships with a psychoactive substance-abusing partner; a problem of relationships in general; an intergenerational destructive life scenario; a personality trait; a mental state as well as a unique phenomenon that requires empathy when analyzing the experiences of people prone to codependency. The definition of codependency as a psychological state allows us to explain its actualization, deactualization, and duration of occurrence depending on the state of the partner. The problem of measuring codependency is more relevant to Russian science than to international science. In Russian psychology, most methods of measuring codependency are translated analogies of foreign tests that are not adapted to local realities. The diversity of approaches to the study of codependency abroad leads to a wide variety of measurement tools, making it difficult for the researcher to choose. It is shown that the definition and measurement of codependency as a mental state based on the model of L. Spann and J. Fisher is the most systematic as it combines a variety of approaches to the study of this phenomenon and its occurrences, and also has potential for further study in both scientific and practical spheres.
