Статья посвящена изучению особенностей прокрастинации и личностных качеств в подростковом и юношеском возрасте. Подростковый и юношеский возраст являются периодами интенсивного психолого-педагогического и социального развития, в ходе которых преобразуются основные психологические процессы и функции, включая мотивацию, саморегуляцию и управление временем. Прокрастинация может стать проблемой, препятствующей гармоничному развитию личности и ее успешной адаптации в обществе. Цель статьи заключается в выявлении особенностей прокрастинации в зависимости от личностных качеств в подростковом и юношеском возрасте. Представлены результаты исследования, выполненного на выборке учащихся МАОУ «Лицей № 3 имени А.С. Пушкина» города Саратова (1 группа — n = 33, 14–15 лет, учащиеся подросткового возраста; 2 группа — n = 37, 16-17 лет, учащиеся юношеского возраста) с применением диагностического инструментария: опросник формально-динамических свойств индивидуальности В.М. Русалова; 16-Факторный личностный опросник (16-pf) Кеттелла; шкала академической прокрастинации, GPS Клэри Лэй; шкала общей прокрастинации Б. Тукмана в адаптации Т.Л. Крюковой. Установлено, что существуют значимые различия в особенностях прокрастинации и личностных качеств у учащихся подросткового и юношеского возраста, а также существует значимые взаимосвязи между особенностями прокрастинации и личности. Изучение взаимосвязи между прокрастинацией и личностными качествами позволяет более глубоко понять механизмы этого явления и выявить факторы, способствующие или, наоборот, препятствующие ее развитию. Практическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности использования его результатов педагогами и педагогами-психологами в ходе практической работы с учащимися подросткового и юношеского возраста при поиске новых способов коррекции прокрастинации в контексте повышения эффективности учебной деятельности.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of procrastination and personal qualities in adolescence and youth. Adolescence and youth are periods of intensive psychological, pedagogical and social development, during which the main psychological processes and functions are transformed, including motivation, self-regulation and time management. Procrastination can become a problem that hinders the harmonious development of the personality and its successful adaptation in society. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of procrastination depending on personal qualities in adolescence and youth. The article presents the results of a study conducted on a sample of students of MAOU «Lyceum No. 3 named after A.S. Pushkin» of the city of Saratov (1 group — n = 33, 14–15 years old, adolescent students; 2 group — n = 37, 16–17 years old, young adults) using the following diagnostic tools: questionnaire of formal-dynamic properties of individuality by V.M. Rusalov; 16-Factor Personality Questionnaire (16-pf) by Cattell; academic procrastination scale, GPS by Clary Lay; general procrastination scale by B. Tuckman adapted by T.L. Kryukova. It was found that there are significant differences in the characteristics of procrastination and personal qualities of adolescent and young adult students, as well as significant relationships between the characteristics of procrastination and personal qualities of both adolescent and young adult students. The study of the relationship between procrastination and personal qualities allows us to more deeply understand the mechanisms of this phenomenon and identify the factors that contribute to or, conversely, hinder its development. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its results by teachers and educational psychologists in the course of practical work with adolescent and young adult students when searching for new ways to correct procrastination in the context of increasing the effectiveness of educational activities.
