Статья посвящена исследованию содержания компонентов лености и выявлению взаимосвязей между ведущим содержанием эмоционального, мотивационного компонентов и поведенческими проявлениями лености. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что несмотря на широкую представленность в культуре и повсеместность проявления, изученность лености с точки зрения компонентного строения представляется недостаточной, в то время как проявления лености напрямую влияют на эффективность и продуктивность деятельности молодых людей. Цель исследования состояла в установлении ведущего содержания компонентов лености, взаимосвязи между содержанием компонентов. В исследовании были использованы методика самооценки лени (Д.А. Богданова, С.Т. Посохова); модификация методики «Шкала дифференциальных эмоций» (К.Э. Изард); методика изучения поведенческого проявления лени (внешней составляющей) (Е.Л. Михайлова); методика «Опросник терминальных ценностей» (И.Г. Сенин); методика изучения поведенческого проявления лени (внешней составляющей) (Е.Л. Михайлова), а также методы математической статистики: процедура квартилирования, коэффициент ранговой корреляции r-Спирмена, критерии Т-Вилкоксона, Фридмана. Автором выявлено и проанализировано характерное для неленивых, средне ленивых и ленивых содержание эмоционального, мотивационного и поведенческого компонентов лености. Показано, что эмоциональный компонент включает в себя как положительные эмоции (радость, интерес), так и отрицательные (горе, вина). Выявлены взаимосвязи между содержанием компонентов лености. У ленивых молодых людей выявлено наибольшее количество связей между различными поведенческими проявлениями лености и интересом, радостью, горем, собственным престижем и сохранением собственной индивидуальности.
The article is focused on the study of the contents of laziness components and the identification of correlations between the leading content of emotional and motivational components and behavioural manifestations (the behavioural component) of laziness. The relevance of the study is substantiated by the fact that, despite the wide representation of laziness in modern culture and the ubiquity of its manifestations, the body of academic research on laziness exploring it from the standpoint of its constituent components remains insufficient. At the same time, laziness manifestations directly influence the effectiveness and productivity of young people’s activities. Purpose of the study was to establish the leading contents of laziness components and the mutual relationships between the contents of laziness components. This study relies on the self-esteem evaluation methods for laziness (D.A. Bogdanova, S.T. Posokhova); the modification of the «Scale of differential emotions» method (K.E. Izard); the method of studying the behavioural component of laziness (external constituent component) (E.L. Mikhailova); the method «Survey form for terminal values» (I.G. Senin); the method of studying the behavioural component of laziness (external constituent component) (E.L. Mikhailova) as well as the methods of mathematical statistics: quartiles calculation, the r-Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, the T-Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and the Friedman test. The study identified and analysed the contents of the emotional, motivational, and behavioural components of laziness characteristic of people with low, medium, and high levels of laziness. As shown by the findings, the emotional component includes both positive emotions (joy, interest) and negative ones (grief and guilt). The study identified relationships between the contents of laziness components. The greatest number of such links was identified within the group of young people with high levels of laziness. Various behavioral manifestations of laziness are associated with interest, joy, grief, their own prestige and the preservation of their own individuality.
