В статье рассматриваются некоторые теоретические аспекты аутопсихологической компетентности и самооценки личности. Приводятся и анализируются эмпирические данные изменения аутопсихологической компетентности студентов в процессе обучения в вузе. Цель исследования: выявление динамических различий аутопсихологической компетентности студентов педагогического вуза с различным уровнем самооценки. Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 339 студентов Южно-Уральского государственного гуманитарно-педагогического университета в возрасте от 17 до 22 лет. Основу исследования составили методики: методика диагностики ценностных ориентаций в карьере (Э. Шейн, перевод и адаптация В.А. Чикер, В.Э. Винокурова); тест «Смысложизненных ориентаций» Д.А. Леонтьева; многофакторный личностный опросник Р. Кеттелла (форма С); методика самооценки личности (Дембо-Рубинштейн в модификации А.М. Прихожан). Применялся коэффициент корреляции Пирсона с использованием пакета статистических программ SPSS Statistics v. 22. Результаты. Установлено, что на трёх факультетах есть прямая связь между развитием аутопсихологической компетентности и уровнем самооценки: чем выше уровень самооценки, тем более выражен уровень развития аутопсихологической компетентности студентов. Для естественно-технологического, исторического и филологического факультетов наибольшее число значимых связей установлено между показателями самооценки и смысложизненных ориентаций. Чуть меньше значимых корреляционных связей обнаружено между показателями самооценки и карьерных ориентаций. У студентов трёх исследуемых факультетов большинство средних показателей с опережающим уровнем сформированности аутопсихологической компетентности. На естественно-технологическом факультете отсутствуют студенты (0 %) с низкой самооценкой и опережающим уровнем аутопсихологической компетентности. На филологическом факультете все испытуемые (100 %) с низким уровнем самооценки демонстрируют минимальный уровень аутопсихологической компетентности. На историческом факультете большинство респондентов (50 %) с низкой самооценкой имеют минимальный уровень развития аутопсихологической компетентности.
. The article considers some theoretical aspects of autopsychological competence and personality self-esteem. Empirical data on changes in students' autopsychological competence during their studies at a university are presented and analyzed. The aim of the study was to identify dynamic differences in the autopsychological competence of students at a pedagogical university with different levels of self-esteem. Materials and methods. The study involved 339 students of the South Ural State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University aged 17 to 22 years. The study was based on the following methods: the method for diagnosing value orientations in a career (E. Schein, translated and adapted by V.A. Chiker, V.E. Vinokurov); the test of «Meaning of Life Orientations» by D.A. Leontiev; R. Cattell's multifactorial personality questionnaire (form C); personality self-assessment technique (Dembo-Rubinstein as modified by A.M. Prikhozhan). The Pearson correlation coefficient was applied using the statistical software package SPSS Statistics v. 22. Results. It was found that in three faculties there is a direct connection between the development of autopsychological competence and the level of self-esteem: the higher the level of self-esteem, the more pronounced the level of development of autopsychological competence of students. For the natural sciences and technology, history and philology faculties, the greatest number of significant relationships were found between the indicators of self-esteem and life-purpose orientations. Slightly fewer significant correlations were found between the indicators of self-esteem and career orientations. The students of the three faculties under study have the majority of average indicators with an advanced level of formation of autopsychological competence. There are no students (0 %) with low self-esteem and an advanced level of autopsychological competence at the natural sciences and technology faculty. At the philology faculty, all subjects (100 %) with a low level of self-esteem demonstrate a minimum level of autopsychological competence. In the history department, the majority of respondents (50 %) with low self-esteem have a minimal level of development of autopsychological competence.
