Статья посвящена выявлению духовно-ценностного индекса студентов Финансового университета как граждан Российской Федерации. Актуальность данного исследования закономерно в условиях государственной политики, направленной на укрепление традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей. Новизна исследования заключается в том, что в нем впервые: систематизированы результаты анализа особенностей перцепции категории духовности, свойственной учащимся вуза с учетом гендерного аспекта; продемонстрировано количественное соотношение разнородного отклика студентов мужского и женского пола на традиционные духовно-нравственные ценности; установлены наиболее успешные методы воспитания ценностных ориентаций. Исследование проходило в 2 этапа: на первом этапе была проведена диагностика духовно-нравственного ядра личности студентов Финансового университета на основе специально разработанного анкетирования; второй шаг исследования был посвящен оценке уровня развития духовно-нравственных ценностей и их восприятия респондентами двух гендерных общностей. Выборку составили 163 студента бакалаврских образовательных программ Финансового университета. Цель исследования — анализ особенностей духовно-нравственного климата в культуре Финансового университета среди студентов. В результате было выявлено, что эмоциональный интеллект выступает основным ресурсом для формирования духовности личности. Наиболее эффективными средствами очерчивания контуров духовности студентов являются литература и музыка. Установлено, что характерной чертой ценностного пространства будущих специалистов финансово-экономической направленности является гармоничная сформированность основной доли его элементов за исключением таких ценностей как «коллективизм» и «приоритет духовного над материальным». Продемонстрирована асимметрия ценностных ориентаций мужского и женского профиля: женская группа обладает более высоким уровнем веры в «справедливость», «гуманизм», «права и свободы человека», «достоинство», и «взаимопомощь». Результаты проведенного исследования могут быть полезны для педагогов неязыковых вузов в процессе воспитания целостной высокоорганизованной и гармонично развитой личности студента.
The article is devoted to identifying the spiritual and value index of students of the Financial University as citizens of the Russian Federation. The relevance of this study is natural in the context of state policy aimed at strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that it is for the first time: the results of the analysis of the peculiarities of the perception of the category of spirituality characteristic of university students are systematized taking into account the gender aspect; demonstrated the quantitative ratio of the heterogeneous response of male and female students to traditional spiritual and moral values; the most successful methods of education of value orientations have been established. The study took place in 2 stages: at the first stage, the spiritual and moral core of the personality of students of the Financial University was diagnosed based on a specially developed questionnaire; the second step of the study was devoted to assessing the level of development of spiritual and moral values and their perception by respondents of two gender communities. The sample consisted of 163 students of bachelor's educational programs of the Financial University. The purpose of the study is to analyze the peculiarities of the spiritual and moral climate in the culture of the Financial University among students. As a result, it was revealed that emotional intelligence is the main resource for the formation of personality spirituality. The most effective means of delineating the outlines of students' spirituality are literature and music. It has been established that a characteristic feature of the value space of future specialists of a financial and economic orientation is the harmonious formation of the main share of its elements, with the exception of such values as «collectivism» and «spiritual priority over material». The asymmetry of the value orientations of the male and female profiles is demonstrated: the female group has a higher level of faith in «justice», «humanism», «human rights and freedoms», «dignity», and «mutual assistance». The results of the study can be useful for teachers of non-linguistic universities in the process of educating a holistic highly organized and harmoniously developed student personality.
