В статье предпринята попытка осмысления проблемы учета руководителем подразделения национально-психологических особенностей своих подчиненных для обеспечения эффективной работы при выполнении ими служебно-боевых задач. Цель статьи: изучить национально-психологические особенности личности представителей основных этнических групп, проживающих в России, определить их влияние на эффективность выполнения служебно-боевой деятельности и подготовить рекомендации руководителю по сплочению коллектива подчиненных. Анализ научных источников по заявленной проблематике позволил выявить специфику национально-психологических особенностей представителей различных этнических групп, входящих, либо могущих входить в состав подразделения, показать механизм влияния этих особенностей на различные стороны служебно-боевой деятельности, определить роль и место руководителя подразделения в этом процессе. Проведенное исследование убедительно доказывает правомерность гипотезы, согласно которой учет руководителем подразделения национально-психологических особенностей личности своих подчиненных в значительной степени обеспечивает эффективность их работы в условиях профессиональной деятельности. Напротив, игнорирование руководителем значения изучаемого нами психологического аспекта проблемы, может создать конфликтную ситуацию с проявлением деструктивных последствий. Авторами статьи предлагаются рекомендации для руководителя, использование которых позволит избежать негативных проблем в деятельности по сплочению многонационального коллектива, в полной мере использовать его значительный социальный потенциал для решения служебно-боевых задач. В выводах указывается на то, что знание национально-психологических особенностей представителей различных национальностей и учет их руководителем в организации служебной деятельности есть значимый психологический фактор, влияющий на формирование сплоченного многонационального коллектива, способного решать самые сложные служебно-боевые задачи.
The article attempts to understand the problem of the head of the unit taking into account the national psychological characteristics of his subordinates in order to ensure effective work when performing their official combat tasks. The purpose of the article is to study the national psychological personality traits of representatives of the main ethnic groups living in Russia, to determine their impact on the effectiveness of performance of service and combat activities and to prepare recommendations to the head on the consolidation of a team of subordinates. The analysis of scientific sources on the stated issues made it possible to identify the specifics of the national and psychological characteristics of representatives of various ethnic groups that are or may be part of the unit, to show the mechanism of the influence of these characteristics on various aspects of service and combat activities, to determine the role and place of the head of the unit in this process. The conducted research convincingly proves the validity of the hypothesis, according to which the head of the department takes into account the national psychological personality characteristics of his subordinates to a large extent ensures the effectiveness of their work in professional conditions. On the contrary, ignoring the importance of the psychological aspect of the problem that we are studying can create a conflict situation with destructive consequences. The authors of the article propose recommendations for the head, the use of which will help to avoid negative problems in the activities of uniting a multinational team, to fully use its significant social potential to solve service and combat tasks. The conclusions indicate that knowledge of the national and psychological characteristics of representatives of various nationalities and their consideration by the head in the organization of official activities is a significant psychological factor influencing the formation of a cohesive multinational team capable of solving the most difficult service and combat tasks.
