Статья обращает внимание на взаимосвязь двух сфер личности: когнитивной и мотивационно-ценностной. В ее основе лежит понятие «интеллекта» как психологического феномена, являющегося регулятором в каждой из этих сфер. В сфере когнитивной интеллект проявляет себя как интегральная способность к решению сложных задач, для которых консолидируются знания, опыт, компетенции, оценка риска, готовность к новизне и неопределенности, умение принимать решение. Вместе с тем автором отмечается, что на сегодняшний день можно говорить минимум о 4 видах интеллекта, и вместе они являются одним из оснований лидерского поведения и лидерской позиции личности в социуме. Авторской модели 4 интеллектов предшествует анализ определения и понимания интеллекта в отечественной и зарубежной психологической науке. От Кэтелла и Спирмена до Кови и Левенчука, в статье дан значительный обзор теорий интеллекта и подходов к классификации и типологии интеллектов в гуманитарном знании. В самой модели, разработанной автором, 4 интеллекта, сгруппированные в «квадрат», где рациональный, эмоциональный, ресурсный и социально-чувственный интеллекты расположены с учетом теории полушарной асимметрии («правополушарные», «левополушарные»), а также ориентации на «Я-интеллекты», где в основе лидерское саморазвития и развития «Я-концепция», и «Мы-интеллекты», ориентированные на помощь и поддержку других людей, коммуникативную и эмпатическую связь с ними. На основе авторской модели в 2022 и 2023–2024 гг. проводилось исследование на группах лидеров, мужчин и женщин, выявившее отношение тех и других к интеллектам в зоне их лидерского саморазвития. Одним из ключевых выводов автора является то, что интеллект, наряду с мотивацией, ценностными ориентациями, смысложизненными стратегиями выходит в комплекс мотивационно-ценностных основ лидерства, и, в первую очередь, женского лидерства.
The article draws attention to the relationship between two spheres of personality: cognitive and motivational-value. It is based on the concept of «intelligence» as a psychological phenomenon that is a regulator in each of these areas. In the field of cognitive intelligence, it manifests itself as an integral ability to solve complex problems, for which knowledge, experience, competencies, risk assessment, readiness for novelty and uncertainty, and the ability to make decisions are consolidated. At the same time, the author notes that today we can talk about at least 4 types of intelligence, and together they are one of the foundations of leadership behavior and the leadership position of an individual in society. The author's model of 4 intelligences is preceded by an analysis of the definition and understanding of intelligence in domestic and foreign psychological science. From Catell and Spearman to Covey and Levenchuk, the article provides a significant overview of theories of intelligence and approaches to the classification and typology of intelligences in the humanities. In the model itself, developed by the author, there are 4 intellects grouped into a «square», where rational, emotional, resource and social-sensual intellects are located taking into account the theory of hemispheric asymmetry («right-hemisphere», «left-hemisphere») as well as orientation towards «I-intellects», where leadership self-development and development are based on «I-concept», and «We-intelligences», focused on helping and supporting other people, communicative and empathic connection with them. Based on the author’s model, a study was conducted in 2022 and 2023–2024 on groups of leaders, men and women, which revealed the attitude of both to intelligence in the area of their leadership self-development. One of the key conclusions of the author is that intelligence, along with motivation, value orientations, life strategies, comes into the complex of motivational and value foundations of leadership, and, first of all, female leadership.
