Проблема исследования, представленного в публикации, состоит в поиске ответа на вопрос о соотношении между особенностями эмоционального интеллекта родителей старших дошкольников и качеством детско-родительских отношений. Эти отношения предопределяют стили воспитания, влияющие на эмоциональную культуру детей дошкольного возраста, которые сензитивны к особенностям эмоциональных стереотипов взаимодействий с ними родителей. Представлены результаты диагностического исследования в выборке молодых родителей дошкольников, характеризующие два аспекта эмоционального интеллекта: межличностный и внутриличностный. Выявлено наличие рассогласованности между тем, как оцениваются эти аспекты родителями. Показано, что половина респондентов в выборке родителей оценивают свой внутриличностный эмоциональный интеллект высоко, но фиксируют наличие невысоких уровней межличностного эмоционального интеллекта. Это находит выражение в растерянности родителей в ситуациях конфликтов с детьми и взрослыми. Следствием выступает доминирование у более, чем половины родителей неустойчивости воспитательных стилей. Выявлены значимые коэффициенты корреляции между показателями выраженности непродуктивных детско-родительских отношений и определенными показателями внутриличностного и межличностного эмоционального интеллекта. Анализ наличия значимых коэффициентов корреляции детализирован для подгрупп родителей с более высокими и менее высокими показателями эмоционального интеллекта. Такие показатели как «неразвитость родительских чувств», «чрезмерность требований к ребенку», «игнорирование потребностей ребенка», «потворствование» связаны с низкими показателями понимания своих и чужих эмоций. Подчеркивается практическое значение результатов проведенной диагностики для оформления программы сопровождения у молодых родителей более высоких уровней осознания своих эмоциональных стереотипов, их преодоления.
The problem of the research presented in the publication is to find an answer to the question of the relationship between the characteristics of the emotional intelligence of parents of older preschoolers and the quality of child-parent relations. These relationships determine parenting styles that affect the emotional culture of preschool children, who are sensitive to the peculiarities of emotional stereotypes of parents' interactions with them. The results of a diagnostic study in a sample of young preschool parents characterizing two aspects of emotional intelligence: interpersonal and intrapersonal are presented. The presence of inconsistency between how these aspects are evaluated by parents is revealed. It is shown that half of the respondents in the sample of parents rate their intrapersonal emotional intelligence highly, but record the presence of low levels of interpersonal emotional intelligence. This is expressed in the confusion of parents in situations of conflict with children and adults. The consequence is the dominance of more than half of the parents of the instability of educational styles. Significant correlation coefficients were revealed between indicators of the severity of unproductive child-parent relationships and certain indicators of intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence. The analysis of the presence of significant correlation coefficients is detailed for subgroups of parents with higher and lower indicators of emotional intelligence. Such indicators as «underdevelopment of parental feelings», «excessive demands on the child», «ignoring the needs of the child», «indulgence» are associated with low indicators of understanding their own and others' emotions. The practical significance of the results of the diagnosis is emphasized for the design of the support program for young parents of higher levels of awareness of their emotional stereotypes, their overcoming.
