Исследования эмоций как сложного и многоаспектного феномена приобретают все большую популярность. Существует несколько взглядов на происхождение эмоций, базирующихся на теории об эмоциях: эмоции, как следствие физиологической реакции личности; эмоции, как причина физиологической реакции; эмоции как следствие эволюции человека и эмоции, как социально обусловленный феномен. В кросскультурных исследованиях наиболее актуальной проблемой остается проблема соотношения между эмоциями как психологическими состояниями, которые вероятно неизменны в разных культурах, и эмоциями как социальными конструкциями, которые значительно различаются в культурах. Взгляд на эмоции, как на социально, а значит и культурно обусловленный феномен послужил предпосылкой изучения различных аспектов эмоций у представителей разных культур. Восприятие эмоций включает в себя распознавание, узнавание эмоций и определение эмоции к той, или иной категории, на основе собственного опыта. Исследователи отмечают, что наиболее точное распознавание эмоций происходит с учетом самого эмоционального выражения и контекста, в котором данная эмоция была транслирована в социум. Культура, к которой принадлежит человек оказывает влияние на распознавание, восприятие и правила демонстрации эмоций. В данной статье представлен обзор на различные кросскультурные исследования по восприятию эмоций. Эффективное обращение с информацией, касающейся эмоций людей из разных культур, является очень важной частью набора навыков, которые должны быть необходимы для успешного взаимодействия с другими людьми.

Study of emotions as complex and multitopic phenomena is gaining its popularity. There are many points of view on emotions genesis based on the following emotions theories: emotions as personality physiological reaction; emotions as a reason of physiological reaction; emotions as a result of human evolution; emotions as a social induced phenomenon. Most common problem in cross cultural studies is the problem of interrelation of emotions as psychological state that is presumed not to vary from one culture to another and emotions as social constructs that vary significantly through different cultures. Considering emotions as a socially thus culturally specified phenomena makes it possible to study different emotions aspects among representatives of different cultures. Emotions perception includes their identification, recognition and categorization on personal experience basis. The researchers note that the most precise emotions recognition is possible when a certain emotional expression takes place in a certain situational context when the emotion is translated to the society. Recognition, identification and rules of emotions demonstration are conditioned by the culture a person belongs to. The article contains a review of various crosscultural studies of emotions perception. Effective use of information about emotions expression of different cultures representatives is one of the most important skills required for succesfull communication with other people.
