В статье рассматривается роль и значение опыта эмоционально-ценностного отношения к окружающему миру в качестве базовой основы личностного компонента универсальных, общепрофессиональных и профессиональных компетенций, формируемых в высшей школе. Автор показывает, что имеющийся личностный опыт эмоционально-ценностного отношения к объектам и явлениям окружающего мира: (а) определяет характер действий и поступков человека, его готовность к решению личностных и профессиональных задач; (б) способствует приобщению студентов к национальной и мировой культурам, а также успешной интеграции в современное общество и профессию. Автором представлена позиция, согласно которой опыт эмоционально-ценностного отношения является базовой основой личностного компонента компетенций, формирование которого предусматривает обязательное насыщение ценностно-значимым смыслом содержания всех дисциплин/модулей, учебных и производственных практик, воспитательных мероприятий. Методологической основой формирования опыта эмоционально-ценностного отношения студентов к объектам и явлениям окружающего мира является культурологический подход к отбору содержания образования, согласно которому опыт эмоционально-ценностного отношения является одним из четырех элементов состава содержания образования. Отбор проектируемого и реализуемого содержания образования в высшей школе автор предлагает осуществлять с учетом определяющих позиций опыта эмоционально-ценностного отношения. Конструировать опыт эмоционально-ценностного отношения рекомендовано в логике: «Природа — сама Личность — Здоровье — Труд/Профессия — Другие люди и взаимодействие с ними — Отечество / родной край — Мир в целом» с учетом имеющейся ценностной базы многонационального народа России. В статье отмечается, что опыт эмоционально-ценностного отношения студентов может быть рассмотрен в качестве индикативного показателя сформированности личностного компонента компетенций.
The article examines the role and significance of the experience of an emotional and value attitude to the outside world as the basic basis of the personal component of universal, general professional and professional competencies. It is shown that the existing personal experience of an emotional and value attitude to objects and phenomena of the surrounding world: (a) determines the nature of a person's actions and actions, his willingness to solve personal and professional problems; (b) promotes the familiarization of students with national and world cultures, as well as successful integration into modern society and the profession. The author considers the experience of an emotional-value relationship as the basic basis of the personal component of competencies, the formation of which is achieved by the capabilities of all disciplines, educational and industrial practices, extracurricular activities, provided they are saturated with a value-meaningful meaning. The methodological basis for the formation of the experience of students' emotional and value attitude to objects and phenomena of the surrounding world is a culturological approach to the selection of educational content, according to which the experience of emotional and value attitude is one of the four elements of the content of education. The author suggests taking into account the determining importance of the experience of an emotional-value relationship when selecting the projected and implemented content of education in higher education and constructing the experience of an emotional-value relationship in logic: «Nature — Personality itself — Health — Work/Profession — Other people and interaction with them — Fatherland / native land — The world as a whole». The article notes that the experience of an emotional-value relationship can be considered as an indicative indicator of the formation of a personal component of competencies.
