В статье представлен теоретический анализ данных относительно особенностей самоотношения у ветеранов боевых действий в период их возвращения к гражданской жизни. Актуальность исследования объясняется осложненной военно-политической ситуацией в мире в последние десятилетия в связи, с которой все большее число военных становится задействовано в боевых действиях. Понимание особенностей самоотношения участников боевых действий может способствовать более успешной интеграции этих людей в общество, улучшая их взаимодействие с семьей, друзьями и в профессиональной сфере. Участие в боевых действиях оставляет за собой определенные изменения в Я-концепции комбатанта, которые могут быть осложнены фактом приобретения инвалидности или посттравматического стрессового расстройства. Данные изменения влияют на систему самоотношения личности, которая может как положительно, так и отрицательно сказываться на ходе процесса адаптации к гражданской жизни. Так в статье раскрывается влияние особенностей самоотношения на адаптацию, а также выделяются наиболее ключевые изменения в Я-концепции бывших военных. Среди таких изменений чаще всего проявляется снижение самооценки, приписывание себе негативных черт, экстернальная направленность локуса контроля, что особенно ярко проявляется у ветеранов с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством. Результаты исследования могут помочь в разработке программ психологической помощи и поддержки для участников боевых действий, что особенно важно в период их адаптации к гражданской жизни.
The article presents a theoretical analysis of data on the peculiarities of self-attitude among combat veterans during their return to civilian life. The relevance of the study is explained by the complicated military-political situation in the world in recent decades, in connection with which an increasing number of military personnel are becoming involved in hostilities. Understanding the peculiarities of the self-attitude of combatants can contribute to a more successful integration of these people into society, improving their interaction with family, friends and in the professional sphere. Participation in combat operations leaves behind certain changes in the combatant's Self-concept, which may be complicated by the fact of acquiring disability or post-traumatic stress disorder. These changes affect the system of self-attitude of the individual, which can both positively and negatively affect the course of the process of adaptation to civilian life. Thus, the article reveals the influence of the peculiarities of self-attitude on adaptation, and also highlights the most key changes in the self-concept of the former military. Among such changes, a decrease in self-esteem, attribution of negative traits to oneself, and the external orientation of the locus of control are most often manifested, which is especially pronounced in veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. The results of the study can help in the development of psychological assistance and support programs for combatants, which is especially important during their adaptation to civilian life.
