В статье рассматривается концепция векторного представления психологического здоровья, приведен сравнительный анализ феномена психологического здоровья как векторной и скалярной величины на основании научных зарубежных и отечественных исследований. Целью данного исследования является теоретическое обоснование концепции векторного представления психологического здоровья. Гипотезой выступило предположение о том, что психологическое здоровье — это векторная величина, которая является более информативной и эффективной по сравнению с единой скалярной оценкой. Теоретической основой послужили идеи и принципы гуманистического и гуманитарно-антропологического подходов, а также зарубежные и отечественные исследования феномена психологического здоровья. В качестве обоснования выдвинутой гипотезы векторности психологического здоровья, дано краткое описание авторской модифицированной методики оценки направленностей психологического здоровья обучающихся вуза, введено понятие «направленностей» психологического здоровья, а также приведена ссылка на статью с апробацией методики. Опросник показал высокие психометрические значения и может применяться в психологической практике как рефлексивно-оценочный материал. Многоаспектный подход векторного представления психологического здоровья учитывает различные стороны состояния, преодолевая ограничения одномерных оценочных шкал. Динамичность модели позволяет отслеживать изменения во времени и своевременно выявлять отклонения. Использование векторного представления открывает возможности для применения математических и статистических методов анализа данных, а также способствует разработке персонализированных моделей и методик оценки психологического здоровья, применимых в терапевтической практике.
The article discusses the concept of a vector representation of psychological health and provides a comparative analysis of the phenomenon of psychological health as a vector and a scalar value based on scientific research from abroad and Russia. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the concept of a vector representation of psychological health. The hypothesis is that psychological health is a vector value that is more informative and effective than a single scalar assessment. The study is based on the ideas and principles of the humanistic and humanitarian-anthropological approaches, as well as on foreign and Russian research on the phenomenon of psychological health. As a justification for the hypothesis of the vector nature of psychological health, a brief description of the author's modified methodology for assessing the orientations of psychological health among university students is provided, the concept of «orientations» of psychological health is introduced, and a link to an article with the methodology's validation is provided. The questionnaire demonstrated high psychometric values and can be used in psychological practice as a reflective and evaluative tool. The multidimensional approach of the vector representation of psychological health takes into account various aspects of the condition, overcoming the limitations of one-dimensional assessment scales. The dynamic nature of the model allows you to track changes over time and identify deviations in a timely manner. The use of vector representation opens up opportunities for applying mathematical and statistical methods of data analysis, as well as contributes to the development of personalized models and methods for assessing psychological health that can be used in therapeutic practice.
