Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей использования дерматоглифических коррелятов в ранней диагностике онкопатологий. Статья является частью диссертационного исследования автора по теме психологические, генетические и дерматоглифические корреляты онкопатологий. С учетом фронтирности данного исследования, проведенный литературный обзор не ограничивается только психологической литературой, изучены научные источники смежных дисциплин научного знания. Отмечено, что вопрос о дерматоглифических маркерах онкопатологий остаётся мало изученным как в отечественной науке, так и в зарубежной. В рамках анализа состояния научных данных изучены научные предпосылки возможной взаимосвязи дерматоглифики индивида и генетики. Со ссылкой на зарубежные исследования показано о том, что в силу высокой степени наследуемости (h2 = 0,65 до 0,96) изучение дерматоглифов может быть не менее информативно, чем ДНК человека. Изучение данного вопроса может стать ступенью в осмыслении вопросов формирования нервной системы во внутриутробном периоде развития индивида и генетической обусловленности данных процессов. Подробным образом рассмотрены научные аспекты дактилоскопического метода к изучению онкопатологий. На основании анализа литературы определены дерматоглифические особенности индивида, которые с определенной долей вероятности могут быть взаимосвязаны с отдельными видами онкопатологий. Результаты указанных исследований имеют практическую ценность, так как выявление общих закономерностей позволит разработать систему критериев диагностики и прогностической оценки потенциала здоровья человека на основе ладонной дерматоглифики. Применение дерматоглифического метода, наряду с изучением генетических и психологических характеристик, может быть актуальным на доклиническом этапе исследования. Совокупность полученных результатов может быть использована в превентивной медицине в будущем для создания новых высокоэффективных систем диагностики.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the use of dermatoglyphic correlates in the early diagnosis of oncopathologies. The article is part of the author's dissertation research on the topic of psychological, genetic and dermatoglyphic correlates of oncopathology. Taking into account the frontier nature of this study, the conducted literature review is not limited only to psychological literature, scientific sources of related disciplines of scientific knowledge have been studied. It is noted that the issue of dermatoglyphic markers of oncopathologies remains little studied both in domestic science and in foreign ones. As part of the analysis of the state of scientific data, the scientific prerequisites for a possible relationship between the dermatoglyphics of an individual and genetics were studied. With reference to foreign studies, it is shown that, due to the high degree of heritability (h2 = 0.65 to 0.96), the study of dermatoglyphs can be no less informative than human DNA. The study of this issue can become a step in understanding the issues of the formation of the nervous system in the prenatal period of an individual's development and the genetic conditioning of these processes. The scientific aspects of the fingerprinting method for the study of oncopathologies are considered in detail. Based on the analysis of the literature, the dermatoglyphic features of the individual were determined, which, with a certain degree of probability, can be interconnected with certain types of oncopathologies. The results of these studies are of practical value, since the identification of general patterns will make it possible to develop a system of criteria for diagnosing and prognostic assessment of the potential of human health based on palmar dermatoglyphics. The use of the dermatoglyphic method, along with the study of genetic and psychological characteristics, may be relevant at the preclinical stage of the study. The totality of the results obtained can be used in preventive medicine in the future to create new highly effective diagnostic systems.
