Данная статья посвящена изучению стратегий духовно-нравственного развития в профессиональном образовании студентов в высших учебных заведениях. На примере Краснодарского государственного института культуры и Саньминского университета, в исследовании проводится опосредованный анализ и сравнение стратегий духовно-нравственного развития в рамках образовательного процесса высших учебных заведений двух стран. Авторы утверждают, что постоянное развитие образовательных практик в области формирования духовных и моральных оснований студентов является краеугольным камнем для воспитания граждан, способных эффективно функционировать и жить на благо родной страны. Университеты и институты, стоящие на передовом крае нравственного воспитания молодых граждан, должны быть сосредоточены на создании оптимальных стратегий, способных интегрировать духовно-нравственные ценности в поле образовательной среды. В этой связи статья посвящается рассмотрению интегрированного подхода к решению воспитательных задач, включающих в себя грамотную организацию коллективной деятельности учащихся и умелое сочетание различных стратегий. Опираясь на исследования Арзамасцевой Н.Г., Виханского О.С., Дробницкого О.Г., Чалдышкиной Н.Н., Яновой М.Г. и законодательную базу, авторами выделяются основные стратегии духовно-нравственного развития в рамках образовательного процесса в высших учебных заведениях Китая и России; выявляются результаты и эффективность реализации стратегий духовно-нравственного развития в профессиональном образовании студентов в высших учебных заведениях двух стран. В заключении статьи авторы формулируют рекомендации по совершенствованию стратегий духовно-нравственного развития в профессиональном образовании студентов в высших учебных заведениях Китая и России с учетом современных требований и вызовов общества.
This article is devoted to the study of strategies of spiritual and moral development in the professional education of students in higher education institutions. Using the example of Krasnodar State Institute of Culture and Sanmin University, the study provides an indirect analysis and comparison of strategies of spiritual and moral development within the educational process of higher education institutions of the two countries. The authors argue that the continuous development of educational practices in the field of formation of spiritual and moral foundations of students is the cornerstone for the education of citizens who are able to function and live effectively for the benefit of their native country. Universities and institutions at the forefront of moral education of young citizens should focus on creating optimal strategies that can integrate spiritual and moral values in the field of educational environment. In this regard, the article is devoted to the consideration of an integrated approach to the solution of educational tasks, including the competent organisation of collective activities of students and a skilful combination of different strategies. Based on the studies of Arzamastseva N.G., Vihansky O.S., Drobnitsky O.G., Chaldyshkina N.N., Yanova M.G. and the legislative framework, the authors identify the main strategies of spiritual and moral development in the educational process in higher education institutions of China and Russia; the results and effectiveness of the implementation of strategies of spiritual and moral development in the professional education of students in higher education institutions of the two countries are revealed. In the conclusion of the article, the authors formulate recommendations for improving the strategies of spiritual and moral development in the professional education of students in higher education institutions in China and Russia, taking into account modern requirements and challenges of society.
