В статье обосновывается актуальность и своевременность проектирования и организации самостоятельной работы студентов, направленной на формирование у будущих специалистов системы мировоззренческих ориентиров (нравственных, патриотических, гражданских, интеллектуально-познавательных, морально-волевых). Доказывается, что мировоззренчески ориентированная самостоятельная работа студентов имеет особую важность в связи со способностью воспитывать добросовестность, упорство в достижении цели, критичность, настойчивость, честность, ответственность и другие черты характера. Выделены условия эффективности реализации самостоятельной работы студентов в мировоззренческом обучении: учет индивидуальных способностей, склонностей и интересов студентов, постановка мировоззренческих поисковых проблем, актуализация содержательно-смысловых блоков учебных дисциплин мировоззренческой направленности, организация самооценивания и стимулирования достижений в развитии личностной сферы студентов. Делается акцент на том, что самостоятельная работа способствует формированию мотивационно-волевой, эстетической, эмоциональной и нравственной сфер личности обучающегося, благодаря присущим процессу самостоятельной деятельности: волевому напряжению, активности и интенсивности интеллектуальных усилий, саморегуляции при проектировании и организации деятельности (самоактуализации мотива деятельности, выбору средств достижения цели, самооценке соответствия полученного результата поставленной цели). Разработаны методические требования к организации мировоззренчески ориентированной самостоятельной работы студентов: обязательная фиксация динамики развития личностных качеств студентов (при этом важно, чтобы студент осуществлял самооценку своего личностного роста с точки зрения его полезности, практической ценности для общества); включение в содержание самостоятельной работы студентов проблем, раскрывающих мировоззренческую сущность изучаемых понятий, категорий; исторически-ориентированного материала; эстетически-направленного материала; сведений о базисно-образующей сущности изучаемых теорий; усиление роли студентов в проектировании и организации самостоятельной работы; замена пассивного типа самостоятельной работы, в котором студенту отводится роль исполнителя, на динамичное обучение, при котором студент является активным создателем знаний, решений, информации.
The article substantiates the relevance and timeliness of designing and organizing students' independent work aimed at developing a system of worldview guidelines (moral, patriotic, civil, intellectual-cognitive, moral-volitional) among future specialists. It is proved that the worldview-oriented independent work of students is of particular importance in connection with the ability to cultivate conscientiousness, perseverance in achieving goals, criticality, perseverance, honesty, responsibility and other character traits. The conditions for the effectiveness of the implementation of independent work of students in worldview education are identified: taking into account individual abilities, inclinations and interests of students, setting worldview search problems, updating content-semantic blocks of educational disciplines of a worldview orientation, organizing self-assessment and stimulating achievements in the development of students' personal sphere. Emphasis is placed on the fact that independent work contributes to the formation of motivational-volitional, aesthetic, emotional and moral spheres of the student's personality, thanks to the inherent process of independent activity: volitional tension, activity and intensity of intellectual efforts, self-regulation in the design and organization of activities (self-actualization of the motive of activity, choice means of achieving the goal, self-assessment of the compliance of the result obtained with the goal). Methodological requirements for the organization of worldview-oriented independent work of students have been developed: mandatory fixation of the dynamics of the development of students' personal qualities (it is important that the student self-assess his personal growth in terms of its usefulness, practical value for society); inclusion in the content of independent work of students of problems that reveal the worldview essence of the studied concepts, categories; historically oriented material; aesthetically-oriented material; information about the basis-forming essence of the theories under study; strengthening the role of students in the design and organization of independent work; replacement of the passive type of independent work, in which the student is assigned the role of an executor, with dynamic learning, in which the student is an active creator of knowledge, decisions, information.
