Статья рассматривает актуальные вопросы отношения к психологии и обращению за психологической помощью молодыми людьми. В работе рассматривается отношение к психологии молодежи в ситуации кризиса в связи с характеристиками их Я-концепции. Группы респондентов выделены на основании прогноза переживания им возрастного кризиса: группа с неопределенным прогнозом прохождения кризиса и группа с благоприятным прогнозом прохождения кризиса. Для первой группы респондентов характерны высокая тревога, низкая устойчивость и энергичность, высокая эмоциональность с преобладанием чувства отвергнутости и негативизма. Респонденты второй группы отличаются высокими баллами по шкалам «психологическая устойчивость» и «Положительный образ себя». Авторы проводят сравнительный анализ характеристик Я-концепции студентов, переживающих возрастной кризис первой четверти жизни по неопределенному и благоприятному прогнозу. Я-концепция респондентов первой группы отличается повышением показателей по шкалам «Внутренняя честность», «Внутренняя конфликтность», «Самообвинения». Я-концепция респондентов второй группы отличается повышением показателей по шкалам «Самоуверенность» и «Саморуководство». В результате корреляционного анализа обнаружены связи характеристик «Самоуверенность», «Внутренняя конфликтность» и «Саморуководство» с такими особенностями отношения к психологической помощи как «Готовность обсуждать проблемы со специалистом, «Безразличие к стигме», «Склонность к поиску помощи». Студенты первой группы с выраженным кризисным профилем демонстрировали большую готовность к поиску самопомощи, но и большую подверженность стигме. Студенты второй группы с профилем «Психологическое здоровье с благоприятным прогнозом» в целом более открыты к психологам, однако, высокого уровень саморуководства снижает их готовность и заинтересованность в обращении к психологу.
The article examines current issues of attitude towards psychology and seeking psychological help by young people. The paper examines the attitude towards the psychology of young people in a crisis situation in connection with the characteristics of their self-concept. Groups of respondents were identified based on the prognosis of their experience of an age-related crisis: a group with an uncertain prognosis for the passage of the crisis and a group with a favorable prognosis for the passage of the crisis. The first group of respondents is characterized by high anxiety, low stability and energy, high emotionality with a predominance of feelings of rejection and negativism. Respondents of the second group have high scores on the «Psychological stability» and «Positive self-image» scales. The authors conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the self-concept of students experiencing an age-related crisis in the first quarter of life with an uncertain and favorable prognosis. The self-concept of respondents in the first group is characterized by an increase in indicators on the scales «Internal Honesty», «Internal Conflict» and «Self-Recrimination». The self-concept of the respondents of the second group is characterized by an increase in indicators on the «Self-confidence» and «Self-leadership» scales. As a result of correlation analysis, connections were found between the characteristics «Self-confidence», «Internal conflict» and «Self-leadership» with such characteristics of attitude towards psychological help as «Willingness to discuss problems with a specialist», «Indifference to stigma», «Tendency to seek help». Students of the first group with a pronounced crisis profile demonstrated greater readiness to seek self-help, but also greater susceptibility to stigma. Students of the second group with the profile «Psychological health with a favorable prognosis» are generally more open to psychologists. However, a high level of self-leadership reduces their readiness and interest in contacting a psychologist.
