Буллинг является одной из острых проблем современного образования, поскольку не только влияет на обучение и социализацию детей и подростков, но затрагивает их психическое здоровье в целом. В статье представлен краткий обзор психолого-педагогической литературы по данной проблеме, а также изложены результаты эмпирического исследования особенностей отношения к буллингу у обучающихся 7–11 классов образовательных учреждений западного административного округа г. Москвы в зависимости от нравственной позиции личности. В результате проведенного исследования выявлена следующая тенденция: чем выше уровень совестливости у подростков, являющийся критерием нравственной позиции личности, тем выше степень осуждения буллинга в подростковой среде. Отмечается, что нравственная позиция личности отражает систему ценностей, принципов и убеждений, которые определяют, что подросток считает для себя правильным и неправильным в поведении и отношениях с другими людьми. Осуждение буллинга подростками выражает их негативное отношение к агрессивному и жестокому поведению. Предполагается, что изучение особенностей отношения подростков к буллингу с учетом их нравственной позиции поможет выявить факторы, способствующие формированию уважительного и доброжелательного отношения к сверстникам, а также выработке стратегий борьбы с буллингом и конфликтами в школьной среде. Подчеркивается, что нравственный аспект в исследовании буллинга является особенно важным, поскольку именно сформированные нравственные принципы и ценности могут стать решающим фактором для установления благоприятных межличностных отношений среди подростков.
Bullying is one of the acute problems of modern education, as it not only affects the education and socialization of children and adolescents, but also affects their mental health in general. The article provides a brief overview of the psychological and pedagogical literature on this issue, as well as the results of an empirical study of the characteristics of attitudes towards bullying among students in grades 7–11 in educational institutions of the western administrative district of Moscow, depending on the moral position of the individual. As a result of the study, the following trend was revealed: the higher the level of conscientiousness among adolescents, which is a criterion of a person's moral position, the higher the degree of condemnation of bullying in the adolescent environment. It is noted that the moral position of a person reflects a system of values, principles and beliefs that determine what a teenager considers right and wrong for himself in behavior and relationships with other people. The condemnation of bullying by teenagers expresses their negative attitude towards aggressive and violent behavior. It is assumed that studying the peculiarities of teenagers' attitudes to bullying, taking into account their moral position, will help identify factors contributing to the formation of a respectful and friendly attitude towards peers, as well as developing strategies to combat bullying and conflicts in the school environment. It is emphasized that the moral aspect in the study of bullying is especially important, since it is precisely the formed moral principles and values that can become a decisive factor for establishing favorable interpersonal relationships among adolescents.
