Актуальной проблемой современной педагогики является профориентационная работа со школьниками, поскольку выбор будущей профессии влияет на жизнь человека. Низкая обеспеченность врачами связана с тем, что студент, обучившись в Медицинском ВУЗе меняет профессию, так как ожидания, связанные с профессиональной деятельностью, не соответствует реальности. В последние годы поступление в Медицинские ВУЗы стало возможно при заключении целевых договоров о трудоустройстве по окончании обучения. При отчислении студента с целевым договором, потенциальный работодатель вправе потребовать возмещение потраченных средств на обучение несостоявшегося специалиста. Возмещение средств за обучение может быть востребованно в трехкратном размере, что представляет большую проблему для родителей студента. Необходима кропотливая профориентационная работа со школьниками, которые планируют поступать в медицинские ВУЗы. Цель исследования изучение мнения студентов 1 курса Медицинского институт Северо-Восточного федерального университета, которые поступили после окончания средней школы о своем выборе, ожиданиях и результатах. Студенты первых курсов медицинских институтов имеют слабое представление о выбранной профессии, ориентируясь в выборе на мнение родителей, учителей, родственников и друзей. Для студентов имеют значение размер будущей зарплаты, востребованность специальности. Многие студенты сомневаются в выбранной профессии. Но некоторые студенты понимают, что труд врача это большая ответственность, требующая постоянного обновления знаний, заполнения отчетной документации, моральных и психологических усилий. Профессия врача требует беззаветного служения и преданности выбранному делу.
An urgent problem of modern pedagogy is career guidance work with schoolchildren, since the choice of a future profession affects a person's life. The low availability of doctors is due to the fact that a student, having studied at a Medical university, changes his profession, since the expectations associated with professional activity do not correspond to reality. In recent years, admission to medical universities has become possible with the conclusion of targeted employment contracts upon graduation. When a student with a target contract is expelled, a potential employer has the right to demand reimbursement of the funds spent on training a failed specialist. Reimbursement of tuition fees can be demanded in three times the amount, which is a big problem for the student's parents. Painstaking career guidance is needed with students who plan to enroll in medical schools. The purpose of the study is to study the opinion of 1st year students of the Medical Institute of Northeastern Federal University who enrolled after graduating from high school about their choices, expectations and results. First-year students of medical institutes have a poor understanding of their chosen profession, focusing on the opinions of parents, teachers, relatives and friends. The size of the future salary and the relevance of the specialty are important for students. Many students doubt their chosen profession. But some students understand that the work of a doctor is a great responsibility, requiring constant updating of knowledge, filling out accounting documentation, moral and psychological efforts. The profession of a doctor requires selfless service and dedication to the chosen cause.
