Статья посвящена изучению особенностей проявлений критического мышления у юношества и молодежи, которое наиболее актуализировалось в условиях технологического прогресса и стремительной трансформации мировой повестки. В современных условиях способность к осмысленной и критической оценке информации является залогом не только личного успеха, но и устойчивого развития общества. Эмпирическая выборка исследования была представлена тремя группами: 14–17 — ранняя юность, 18–21 — поздняя юность, 22–35 — молодость. Предметом исследования выступили уровень развития критического мышления и его предикторы у разных возрастных групп. В диагностический пакет исследования вошли — Тест «Критическое мышление» Л. Старки, Тест «Критическое мышление» Дж. Кинчер, Опросник эмоционального интеллекта «ЭмИн», «Мельбурнский опросник принятия решений», Стратегии информационного поведения (СИП). Эмпирическое исследование показало, что большинству респондентов всех групп свойственен средний уровень развития критического мышления, наименьшие различия в уровне выраженности критического мышления наблюдаются между двумя юношескими группами- 14–17 лет и группой 18–21 лет, более высокий уровень критического мышления наблюдается в старшей возрастной группе 22–35 лет. По результатам исследования установлено, что различаются механизмы осуществления критической оценки информации. Старшее поколение больше ориентируются на логический анализ, понимание и распознавание своих и чужих эмоций, а молодое поколение (14–17 лет) больше использует фильтры на этапе отбора информации и сверхбдительность, как стратегию принятия решений.
The article is devoted to the study of the conditions of economic critical thinking among young people and young adults, which has become most relevant in the context of technological progress and rapid transformation of global development. In modern conditions, the ability to meaningfully and critically evaluate information is the key to not only personal success, but also the development of society. The empirical sample study was carried out as follows: 14–17 — early adolescence, 18–21 — late adolescence, 22–35 — youth. The subject of the study managed to achieve the level of development of critical thinking and its predictors in groups of different ages. The diagnostic package of the study includes the Critical Thinking Test by L. Starkey, Critical Thinking Test by J. Kincher, Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire «EmIn», «Melbourne Decision Questionnaire», Information Behavior Strategies (IBS). The empirical study showed that the majority of respondents of all groups have an average level of critical thinking development, the smallest differences in the level of expression of critical thinking are observed between two young scientists — 14–17 years old and representatives of 18–21 years old, a higher level of critical thinking is observed in the older age group. 22–35 years old. According to the results of the study, it was established that there are mechanisms for implementing a critical assessment of information. The older generation is more focused on logical analysis, understanding and recognizing their own and others' emotions, the younger generation (14–17 years old) uses filters more at the stage of information selection and hypervigilance, as a shift in decision-making.
